Private Yoga Sessions

Experience personalised one-on-one yoga designed to support your current abilities while building strength, stability, and calm through mindful movement.

These sessions focus on:

* Stillness of the mind through intentional practice

You’ll learn proper alignment in each pose, preparing you with the confidence and technique to join any public class safely and effectively.
